A beautifully elevated dining experience — and not just because it’s on the top floor of the building! We reserved one of their outdoor igloos which made our dining experience truly unique (and 50 extra, though arguably worth it for a special occasion). Despite the obstacle course of getting into our igloo our waitress was very professional and fun — giving great menu suggestions. I personally had the Sweet Potato pizza which was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Even now writing this review I am tempted to plan another trip to Providence just to get this pizza again. 10/10 would recommend, cause while it’s not cheap, Mare epitomizes fine dining in New England.
Stopped by for PVD Restaurant Week for their prix fixe offering and it was fabulous...a great deal for 45. The roasted beet salad was one of the best I've ever had and I'd go back just for that! The atmosphere and service are first class and the experience is one of the best in Providence whether it's a warm summer night on the deck or a cold winter night inside at the bar.
Great food, great vibes, great view. The server was really pleasant and attentive, which I appreciate. Very enjoyable experience! Mare is one of my favorite places to dine!
My relatives took me to this restaurant since this was my first time in Rhode Island. I was visiting them from out of State. I am from the West . Here goes : Service : staff were very nice & we had great service. Very prompt . Organized. Clean bathrooms, too which is important to me. Atmosphere: Classy & beautiful, especially dining on the roof top . Food : We had halibut , frutti de Mar, Fungi pizza & Rhode Island Calamari. Delicious. The pasta of the frutti de mar dish was home made, which I loved. The Calamari was tasty . I would love to come back here again . Too bad I live 2000 miles away…
Such a cute place, the service was amazing. I took my significant other here for his birthday and it didn’t disappoint, the chicken was a little on the dry side, a little more of the sauce would’ve been perfect but it was still good nonetheless. Perfect place for the summer in their out door area, got to watch the sunset and the moon shine so bright as the night went on. I would definitely come back

Love this place. Atmosphere and decor is really nice, service, food, and cocktails are incredible. The maple mule is the best fall/winter seasonal cocktail I've honestly ever had
We really liked it, the waitress Esther was excellent and the best thing was that she spoke Spanish. My first time, I might go back. The steak I ordered was medium well and it was very good, but burnt in the corners.
